It's all about the details and little moments with your growing family.
And if you have a two year old, and if they don't want to "cooperate" (hint: that's totally normal and perfectly fine), you don't have to stress. Our time together will be low key, completely comfortable and all about what your baby needs. We will work together to create beautiful images of your bundle of joy with all members of the family.
From snuggles with Mom, to a bottle with Dad and some hand holding from big brother, we'll capture it all. Lifestyle sessions can be booked anytime in the first month of life - Iain here was just over 3 weeks old and it worked out great.
I had previously meet this family a few years back for a family session - which we also did at their home. I was thrilled and honored when they asked me to meet their newest family member and photograph them in their home again.
This photo below (of big brother looking over his new baby) is my favorite from the session. It was a little "in between" moment and it's so symbolic and beautiful!
Mr. Iain was a bit fussy for the first part of his session but by the end he was ready for his time in the "spotlight". You don't need any fancy back drop or props - you just need a cute baby, a bed and beautiful light filling the room - to create timeless photos of your baby. I love that he was awake - his eyes {and hair} are amazing!
