FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I live in Olathe, KS, a suburb of Kansas City, MO. As a natural light photographer, I mainly shoot outdoors or in my client's home in the Johnson County area. However, I would love to come to you and a travel fee may apply for locations greater than 20 miles from my home.
How long do sessions last?
Just like your family, each session is unique but most sessions last about an hour. Real life, day-in-the life sessions vary depending on the package you select.

Do you offer mini sessions?
I offer limited edition mini sessions once a year in the fall for families. During the rest of the year I offer "The Kids" session which is a quick 20 minute session for up to 4 kids. In addition, you can book the "Play Date" documentary session. Visit the Pricing page for more information.
When will I get my images?
A password protected online gallery will be sent to you within 10 days. I strive to post at least one sneak peak on my Facebook page within 24 hours because I know the anticipation of waiting to see how they turned out!
How much do you charge?
Sessions start at $200. Visit the Pricing page for all the details.
What's included in your price?
The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer (that's me). Each session starts with a personalized consultation to plan the session to meet your unique needs. After the shoot the images will be carefully edited and uploaded to a password protected online gallery where you can instantly download your favorites - no waiting for your images. Each session includes a number of digital images with print release. Additional digital files and products are available for an additional charge.
When should I book?
I typically book 2-3 months in advance but also can usually fit in last minute sessions so just reach out and we can find a time.
How can I contact you?
Email me at hello@lopezlifephotography.com or call/text at 816.225.6332.
What if I don't see the option I am looking for?
I would love to discuss how we can customize a session to tell the unique story of your life.
What makes you different from other photographers?
Above all else I strive to have a lot of fun and make everyone relaxed and comfortable during the session. I know that moms often times get very stressed about family photos, dads just don't want to be there, and the kids are never on their best behavior -- and that is all OK. I promise we will have fun and capture some great photos in the process. My style is bold and colorful and if you connect with my work, I would love to talk.
